Automation & AI Summaries

AnalytAI doesn’t just wait for you to ask questions. With Automation, the platform can proactively monitor your data, run complex analyses, and send you AI-generated summaries on a schedule.

Scheduled Intelligent Reports

Instead of manually logging in and downloading CSVs every Monday, you can set up an Automation to do it for you.

  • Query Execution: Automatically run a set of questions or SQL queries.
  • AI Summarization: The AI analyzes the results of the queries and writes a human-readable summary of the key findings.
  • Reporting: Receive these summaries directly via email or your chosen notification channel.

The real power of AnalytAI automation is the AI Summary.

When a report runs, the AI looks at the data returned and detects:

  • Trends: “Sales are up 12% compared to last week.”
  • Anomalies: “There was a strange spike in login failures on Tuesday afternoon.”
  • Key Takeaways: “The North region is currently outperforming all other territories.”

This means you get the “story” behind the numbers without having to look at a single spreadsheet.

Setting Up an Automation

  1. Navigate to the Automation tab in your project.
  2. Click Create New Automation.
  3. Define the Triggers: Set your schedule (e.g., Every Day at 9:00 AM).
  4. Add Actions: Define which queries or questions the AI should answer.
  5. Configure Output: Choose where to send the AI Summary (Email, Slack, etc.).
