Quick Start

Get up and running with AnalytAI in just 5 minutes.

  1. Go to AnalytAI app
  2. Click “Sign Up”
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. Verify your email
  5. Access your workspace (a personal organization is created automatically)
  1. Click “New Project”
  2. Enter a project name (e.g., “Sales Analysis”)
  3. Click “Create”
  1. Click “Add Data Source”
  2. Select your data source type:
    • SQL Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Supabase
    • Business Apps: Tally
    • File Uploads: CSV, Excel, JSON
  3. Enter your connection details
  4. Click “Test Connection”
  5. Click “Connect”

AnalytAI discovers your schema automatically. This usually takes a few moments.

  1. Click on the “Chat” tab
  2. Type a question about your data:
    • “Show me sales by region”
    • “What are my top 5 products?”
    • “Compare this month to last month”
  3. Press Enter

AnalytAI will:

  • Generate a SQL query
  • Execute it on your database
  • Create a visualization
  • Provide insights
  1. Go to “Dashboards”
  2. Click “New Dashboard”
  3. Give it a name
  4. Click “Add Chart”
  5. Select a chart from your recent queries
  6. Drag to arrange and resize
  7. Click “Save”

You’ve just:

  • Connected your database
  • Asked your first AI question
  • Created a dashboard
  • Ask more complex questions
  • Create additional dashboards
  • Invite team members
  • Set up automated reports
  • Hover over ? icons for tips
  • Check Billing & Credits for feature details
  • Contact support for assistance
