Dashboards & Reports
AnalytAI Dashboards allow you to pin your most important AI-generated insights into a single, real-time view. They help you monitor your business at a glance.
Creating a Dashboard
Section titled “Creating a Dashboard”You can create a dashboard directly from your conversations in the AI Chat:
- Ask a Question: Use the AI Chat to generate a chart or metric (e.g., “Show monthly revenue for this year”).
- Pin to Dashboard: Click the Add to Dashboard icon on the chart or table.
- Choose or Create: Select an existing dashboard or give your new dashboard a name (e.g., “Executive Overview”).
Managing Widgets
Section titled “Managing Widgets”Each chart on your dashboard is a Widget. You can:
- Resize: Drag the corners of the widget to make it larger or smaller.
- Rearrange: Click and drag widgets to organize them logically.
- Refresh: Widgets update automatically based on the latest data in your database.
- Drill Down: Click on a widget to see the original question and the live data behind it.
Sharing Insights
Section titled “Sharing Insights”Dashboards are designed for collaboration:
- Team Access: Anyone in your Organization with access to the project can view the dashboard.
- Read-Only Links: Generate secure, public links to share specific dashboards with stakeholders outside of AnalytAI.
- PDF Export: Download your entire dashboard as a professional PDF report for presentations.
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”- Keep it Simple: A good dashboard should have 5-7 key metrics.
- Group Logically: Create different dashboards for different departments (e.g., “Sales Dashboard”, “Marketing Dashboard”).
- Use KPI Cards: Use single-number cards at the top for your most “vital” signs.
